    • Monitored and document all construction expenses of new boutiques, including Architect and General Contractor fees, lighting fixtures, furniture and window displays, IT equipment and security systems with average project cost of 1.3 million dollars.
    • Prepared cost analysis of bids to determinate cost of GC, sub-trades, material vendors and brand provided elements, submitting Capital Expense Request to HQ in Switzerland for funding approval of project build out.
    • Generated purchase orders and code invoices to process payments to suppliers and sub-trades, assigning all cost to the appropriate cost center with the use of SAP data processing systems.
    • Collected all required documents and certificates upon project close-out to process construction tenant allowance owned to the Swatch Group by the landlord when applicable in lease terms.
    • Managed bulk orders of owner provided materials, light fixtures, furniture and display elements, monitoring quantities and schedule transportation of orders to each job site.

    • Evaluate international markets, trends and behaviors; as well as commercial environments, assuring ultimate leading brand positioning among competing brands.
    • Plan and forecast with commercial and marketing teams, furniture displays and production line, managing suppliers contracts with average annual budget of 500K.
    • Contribute to contract negotiation with clients and operating partners prior to project launch, presenting all design documents, supplier orders, construction phase schedule, and millwork installation.
    • Analyze and document all construction documents and centralized orders with architects; validating all boutique specifications and design concept, as per Boutique Cartier Programme.
    • Layout retro-planning chronogram with execution architects, construction engineers and suppliers, accurately estimating work time-flow from project launch to final hand-over of project to commercial team and operating partners.
    • Site assessment prior and during construction phase, millwork installation, merchandising and store set up, monitoring efficient time-line development as per scheduled plan and set opening date.   
    • Develop new and existing in-network suppliers negotiating internal contracts, pricing and warranties, production times, shipping and installation.
    • Conduct branding and concept evolution programs in exiting boutiques, maintaining a consistent image throughout the network as per Boutique concept worldwide, monitoring expenses within allocated Image Brand budget of 120K.
